Our History

1982

In 1982, the company became the member of the Arabi Holding Group KSC (listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange).

We maintained an active presence with Ministry Of Health undertaking various supply and installation contracts. We supplied and maintained various equipment like Anesthesia machines, Ventilators, Patient Monitoring System, Infant Incubators, Biochemistry Blood Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, and Spectrophotometer, etc. manufactured by renowned companies.

2002

Abdul Aziz Yousuf Al-Essa & Co. was renamed as Arabi Enertech KSC in 2002.

2014

In 2014, Arabi Holding Group which is parent company of Medical Engineering Company, won a concession from Govt. Of Kuwait to build the facilities (under a public limited company called DHAMAN) for medical care for over 2.5 Million expats residing in Kuwait, which includes three hospitals of 300 bed each and 15 primary health care center covering the entire state of Kuwait. It includes construction, equipping, operation and maintenance of hospitals and primary health centers for 20 years after the completion of construction. The project is in the implementation stage at present and is expected to complete shortly.

To cater for the enhanced scope of Medicare over a long term, the medical operations of Arabi Enertech was consolidated into a new specialized company namely M/s. Medical Engineering Company W.L.L.

2017

In 2016, the Paid-Up Capital of our company has increased to  KD 15.025 Million  (USD 50 Million).
